I’ve been producing the public affairs radio program The Digital Divide for over a year at KBOO Community Radio. As the show’s founder, I intended to create a feature-length program that would look at the political side of science and technology. I gathered a team of reporters and anchors and with each show, we asked “How can we use science to benefit society and how do we keep it from harming us?”
During my time, we’ve covered everything from twitter protesting to moon bombing, the NSA to DIY wifi, and greenhouse gasses to ewaste.
Now, as I move out of state, I have to say goodbye to this program. Luckily, it sounds like others will be taking my place and I look forward to hear what they’ll come up with.

Blog it Yourself is a new blog I’ve created that covers the wide spectrum of DIY culture. I’ll be posting some of my photography and sharing stories from people who do it themselves. I’m looking for writers to contribute stories so please contact me if interested.
